Location and Accessibility

Avalon Park is located close to the 528 Toll Road and thanks to a new connector road, the drive to 528 is seamless. The 408 Toll Road can be accessed by Colonial Drive and Alafaya Trail which both connect to Avalon Park. The community is also close to the University of Central Florida and many large employers such as Siemens and Lockheed Martin.
