Ready to take a break from the theme parks? Orlando may not be known for shopping, but maybe it should be! With everything from outlet stores to high-end premium malls, you will have no shortage of options for a fun-filled day of shopping in Orlando!
Orlando International Premium Outlets
The larger of the two premium outlets centers in Orlando, this outdoor mall is located on the east end of International Drive. At the Orlando International Premium Outlets, you will find everything from clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, and luggage. Highlights include Disney Character Warehouse, Nike, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Gap, Guess, and TravelPro. You can typically expect massive savings on name brands – sometimes up to 60-70% off retail prices. Parking can sometimes prove to be a challenge, especially during holidays. Consider valet to save some time and hassle. Also, keep in mind that food options are very limited. If you have time beforehand, we suggest hitting one of the many restaurants on I-Drive before shopping. One of our favorites is Hash-Hash-A-Go-Go.

Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets
Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is closer to Disney World but smaller than the Orlando International Premium Outlets. Both locations house many of the same stores with a few exceptions – The Vineland location features Tory Burch, Prada, and Lululemon Athletica. Orlando Vineland also offers the popular Disney Character Warehouse. You will find significant savings off of these otherwise pricey brands, and don’t be surprised if you have to wait in line to get into the store. Parking can be difficult during holidays and peak times, and like its sister location, Orlando Vineland is an outdoor mall. During peak season, we suggest Uber or Lyft.
Nevertheless, the money saved is usually worth battling the Orlando heat or an afternoon rain storm. Restaurants and food options are also limited at this mall. Expect to find counter-service and food court options.

Florida Mall
If you are looking for more of a traditional indoor mall, then Florida Mall may be for you. You won’t find outlet pricing here, but you will find stores such as American Girl, H&M, Macy’s, Build-A-Bear, and Apple. The Florida Mall is quite large, and you can easily spend half to a full day here. If you have kids, make sure you check out the Crayola Experience, where you will find 25 hands-on and interactive attractions. Contrary to Orlando’s outlet malls, there are many dining options available at the Florida Mall. You will find several great sit-down restaurants as well as a large food court. A favorite stop near the food court is Carlos Bake Shop, where you can savor treats from the famed Food Network star. The Florida Mall even has an attached hotel, The Florida Hotel.

Mall of Millenia
Looking for something more upscale and contemporary? At Mall of Millienia you will find brands such as Burberry, Armani, Jimmy Choo, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co. You will always find flagship stores Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales as well as Pottery Barn and Apple. Mall of Millenia is a fully covered indoor mall and is smaller than The Florida Mall. You will find great food options for lunch and dinner with everything from a burger at Johnny Rocket’s to a steak at Capital Grill. For an excellent food or cocktail option try Earl’s Kitchen located near the main entrance. Venture outside of the mall, and you will have a multitude of additional restaurants and stores, including IKEA, Best Buy, and The Container Store. Mall of Millenia is easily accessible by I-4, and under normal situations, a parking spot is easy to find.

Disney Springs
One of the most significant changes with the recent Disney Springs renovation is the addition of premier shopping. The entertainment and shopping area has always hosted stores such as the World of Disney, but now you will find apparel, jewelry, and other favorites such as Zara, Vera Bradley, Tommy Bahama, Sephora, and Pandora. Looking for themed stores? Disney has it covered with the Lego Store, Star Wars Outpost, Disney Days of Christmas, and the massive three-story Coca-Cola store. One of the benefits of shopping at Disney Springs is the abundance of restaurants and entertainment options. Disney Springs is located minutes from the Disney World resort and conveniently off of I-4. If you are staying at Disney World and don’t have a car, then this may be the ideal shopping excursion for you since you can access Disney Springs via the Disney World bus system.

Winter Park
Sometimes large shopping malls and crowds are a little too much. This is when Winter Park is the perfect option. Located north of downtown Orlando, Winter Park is a small town full of history and charm. Head to Park Avenue, and you will find a street filled with boutiques and sidewalk cafes. Many of the shops are independent, but you will still find name brand options such as GAP, Lululemon, and Lily Pulitzer. Restaurants are plentiful, and you will find every type of cuisine from Italian, Turkish, and Asian. The drive to Winter Park is a bit further from the theme parks, but if you’re looking for a relaxing shopping day away from the hustle and bustle, then the drive is worthwhile.
