Crooked Can Minneola: Inside the New Brewery and Food Hall

by lifeinorlando

Crooked Can Brewing Company has officially opened its highly anticipated Minneola location, bringing craft beer, local food and a large new community gathering space to South Lake County.

The new brewery and market welcomed its first guests on July 15, 2026, at 1600 Crooked Can Loop in Minneola. The location serves as a much larger companion to Crooked Can’s popular Winter Garden brewery at Plant Street Market.

More Than a Brewery

The Minneola location spans nearly 43,000 square feet, making it much more than a traditional neighborhood taproom. At the center of the development is a 2,000-square-foot taproom serving Crooked Can’s locally brewed craft beers.

Guests can choose from indoor seating, communal dining areas and a spacious outdoor patio. The brewery was designed to function as a relaxed gathering place for families, groups of friends and visitors looking to spend an afternoon or evening in the Minneola and Clermont area.

The property also offers more than 40,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space for private events, including birthday parties, receptions, fundraisers and corporate gatherings. Brewery tours and tastings are expected to be added as operations continue to develop.

Explore the City Center Market Food Hall

Beer may be the headline attraction, but the accompanying City Center Market gives guests plenty of reasons to arrive hungry.

The food hall was created to showcase local and regional businesses, with a mix of casual meals, coffee, desserts and international flavors. Crooked Can announced a total lineup of 11 vendors for the new Minneola market.

Current options listed by Crooked Can include:

  • AJ’s Pizza Joint
  • Three Birds Express
  • Braza
  • Pita Mediterranean Street Food
  • This Little Piggy BBQ
  • Daniel’s Cheesesteak House

The variety makes the market especially convenient for groups where everyone wants something different. Guests can order from individual vendors before meeting at the shared tables or outdoor seating areas.

A New Gathering Place for South Lake County

Crooked Can has built a loyal following in Winter Garden by combining its brewery with food vendors, outdoor seating, live music and community events. The Minneola location brings a similar concept to one of Central Florida’s fastest-growing areas—but on a much larger scale.

Live music, community events and special tastings are expected to be a regular part of the schedule. The family-friendly indoor and outdoor setup also makes the brewery accessible to visitors who may be more interested in the food, coffee and atmosphere than the beer itself.

Its location within Hills City Center also positions Crooked Can as an anchor for the emerging mixed-use destination and a new entertainment option for residents of Minneola, Clermont and the surrounding Lake County communities.
